I offer a unique fusion of massage and energy work designed to create a profound sense of relaxation, transformation, and embodiment. So as to promote the growth that happens when emotional, physical and energetic bodies are in harmony, I prioritize creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can fully express yourself and be met with deep attunement and understanding.
My approach is slow, intentional, and intuitive, tailored to gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation and heightened body awareness. I move at the pace the body dictates, inviting it to release as it is ready. Through attuned touch and presence, I invite your body to release tension, unravel patterns of holding, and open up to a greater range of sensations.

Please refrain from taking pain medications, muscle relaxers or anti-inflammatories the day of your session. If pain demands you do, please let me know so we can adapt the session for your safety and wellbeing.

Live a passionate life. I coach couples who want to improve their communication, deepen their intimacy and become more fluent in their experience of connection and the language of touch. You’ll have time to feel into your experience, noticing what is happening in your body and how that is shaping your experience, thoughts and feelings. You'll learn to authentically share your needs, desires and boundaries out loud, in a way that they can be heard. Together, you will cultivate trust, safety and freedom in your relationship, expanding both range and capacity for pleasure and intimacy.

MY STORY
I've felt called to bring healing into the world throughout my life. My early years focused on emotional healing and my path led me into the field of conflict resolution where I served as a mediator and mediator-mentor for over a decade. During that time, I learned that communication is a key to healing and transformation. Effective communication happens when presence, attunement and empathy are given.
With time I was drawn to focus on healing the physical body. I trained at the Bellevue Massage School, earning licensure in 2011. Additional trainings in Reiki, Chi Gong and Feldenkrais Movement supplemented my understanding, offering vastly different ways of relating to the body. I came to recognize that when I touch, there is a dialogue taking place between my hands and the body I am working with; it is a communication.
In 2007, I embarked on a transformative Tantric journey, fully awakening my energy body, and in 2017 I pursued teacher training with SkyDancing Tantra. Throughout this profound journey, my primary focus was to deepen my ability to attend to the energy body and harness its infinite resources. I learned to fully inhabit my own body, discovering an inherent vitality and aliveness and a passion for guiding others to do the same.
Weaving together my specializations in massage therapy, Tantra, sex coaching, and conflict resolution, I bring a diverse set of skills to create transformative spaces for embodied exploration. These spaces allow for new, authentic conversations and experiences to unfold. My approach is experiential and holistic, blending verbal process with somatic practice or hands-on bodywork tailored to your specific needs.
Working authentically and relationally, we will pay careful attention to boundaries and consent, creating a structure of safety that maximizes freedom. My passion lies in empowering individuals to live life more fully and authentically, expanding their range and capacity for pleasure and intimacy. Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, inviting you to embrace a more vibrant and fulfilling existence.

- 48-hour notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling a session - late cancellations will result in a $75 fee.
